Chapter 2: Sales Orders

Sales Orders related functions can be accessed from the main menu or by the side menu.

2.1 Sales Orders Awaiting Processing

Sales Orders that have been entered into EMAS.net and have not been downloaded into EMAS Inventory are considered to be ‘awaiting processing’ and can be viewed here. The orders that have not been downloaded have an ‘Open’ status and conversely, downloaded orders have a ‘Closed’ status.

The Search Toolbar is present on the top of the page to help search for Sales Orders.

· Clicking on ‘View Processed S.O.’ will bring you to the page that displays Unfulfilled Sales Orders. (Refer to 2.2 Unfulfilled SO & Closed SO)

· Clicking on a Sales Order No. or on the ‘View’ link will bring you to the Online Sales Order page.

· The ‘Status’ field gives an indication of the status of a Sales Order.

* Users can only view their own Sales Orders. Users with administrator rights however, will be able to view all Sales Orders.
